Our travel agent booked this hotel and from the comments it seemed ok. When we got there this was not the case, the room is not suitable for two people. There is no where to store suitcases. I understand that this hotel serves a purpose and that is for single person or a business trip.

Les chambres sont sales, les moquettes tachées, une odeur très désagréable dans le lobby Nous avions réservé deux chambres dont une double et une single via notre tour opérator Ils ont livré deux chambres simples Ils reconnaissent que les chambres sont sales mais ne font rien en prétextant que l’hôtel est complet. Les chambres tellement petites que les valises ne tiennent pas ! La salle de bain du jamais vu : un seul mitigeur d’eau pour lavabo et douche tant l’espace est réduit. Si au moins les chambres étaient propres …. À revoir complètement. Nous sommes encore dans l’hôtel au moment où nous écrivons et très insatisfaits Impossible de dormir sans loup et boules quies La clientèle française ne peut pas accepter de telles conditions de logement. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Inacceptable. Nous attendons des explications de notre voyagiste Le seul point positif : l’emplacement Un conseil ? Géolocalisez le et choisissez un hôtel proche mais surtout pas celui ci À fuir !

I enjoyed my 2-night stay at the hotel. The staff speak English and are kind and helpful. My room has ample space, has fast wifi, is clean. The FREE breakfast has many options ranging from Japanese cuisines to Western dishes plus salads and fruits. Highly recommended to stay here!

忘れ物対応が丁寧でした。 雨降りで傘をお借りできたのも助かりました。 前の晩のお酒が少し残っていて、ちゃんと朝食が食べられなかったのは残念です。
