シングル+エキストラベッド、2人で宿泊しました。泊まるだけならコンパクトで十分でした。温泉入れて、眺めもよく、朝食ついて、他のホテルよりお得。コスパ最高でした！

Just another average hotel

Relatively new room on our first night in their main building. Good view of the lake from 8th floor. However the room is fairly small and the "double" bed only a 1 3/4 sized bed which simply is not big enough for2 persons. Cleaning not okay; Found long black hair in the shower cabin and on the bed. We made 2 separate bookings for 2 days and tomorrow we will have to move to their annex building, which is undergoing renovation and where everything seems to be worn down.

The smallest room in Japan. We booked an Economy twin room because that was all that was affordable in the weekend we stayed. (There was a temple festival 40 miles away). One bed was shorter than the other to allow access! No room for even one case. You had to store your luggage under the bed and get it out every time you needed something. No shelving for accessories. Diabolical. The breakfast room was too small for the hotel and in another building which was covered in scaffold. Dont recommend this hotel at all.

I lived in Matsue for four years and was aware of this hotel but I’ve never stayed here before. The staff was very kind and helpful despite our lack of Japanese. The room had a nice view of the lake and was clean. The bathing facilities are nice though they look a bit old. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Matsue.

Great Lake Views

Clean fresh rooms, friendly staff and great lake views. Close to the castle and other tourist sights and a pleasant lakeside walk to the Art museum and super sunset views. Convenient for transport or walking along the canals to enjoy the sights and sounds of Matsue.
