熊本駅から歩いてすぐなので熊本に来るときはよく利用します。ロビーラウンジも海外のホテルのような素敵な雰囲気で、コンセントがついた席もたくさんあり、仕事もしやすいです。 今回はリニューアルされたばかりのラグジュアリーフロアに宿泊しました。 和のエッセンスと間接照明が取り入れられた素敵な客室で、形が正方形に近いこともあり、とても広く感じました。体感的には50平米くらい？水回りも3点分離で、浴室も大きなバスタブがあり、使い勝手がとてもよいです。 朝食はレストランが改装期間中でロビーラウンジでの食事。和 or 洋プレートから選び、サラダやポテトはブュッフェ形式。カツサンドもあります。和プレートの品数も充実しており大満足。レストランはほぼ改装が終わっているようで外から中の様子が見えましたが、とてもお洒落な印象。次回は是非利用してみたいです。

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room I stayed in, they are very spacious! The hotels in a good location, there’s a great shopping centre next door, lots of good shops and restaurants near by . The lobby and bar is really nice as well. The bathrooms were very clean and there was plenty of storage in the rooms . I would definitely recommend if you’re in Kumamoto !

Perfect to spent a couple of days

the hotel is very near at jr station. So you can leave luggages and visit the city with pubblic transport. Good breakfast with eastern and western food. The room's towels and linen bed are clean. The only bad thing is the moquette very dirty, you can see it's a bit old and lot of guest had walk above it.

ベルマンもベルボーイも居ない。フロントにはどぎついアロマ臭、スタッフの出迎えもなし。宴会聖餐でしたが硬すぎるカリフラワーのムース、ドラード3切れのオードブル、今時見たことのないきのこのパイ包みスープ、切れっ端の様なサーモンポワレ、何の肉か分からない硬い厚切り肉、既製品のようなデセールぬるいコーヒー、これは褒めるところ無し!ソースが全てブラン系の色、食欲もわかない。まるで調理師1年生のコンテストみたいな盛り付け、貧相なガルニチュール。もっと季節を感じさせる料理にしてください!勉強不足まるわかり!

very convenient location

This hotel is located within a short walking distance from the Kumamoto station. From the JR bstation exit it is on the left, just beside the Bic Camera store next. There is also a streetcar/tram stop so near the hotel which you can use to explore the city touristy spots! Shopping is convenient as the Kumamoto AMU Plaza (see another Review) is 5-mins walk away. The lobby is quite spacious and I quite like the intimate setting and lighting. Check-in was fast and 3 lifts serve well with travellers + luggages. The room design is quite standard and we have requested for x2 single bed, the room size is respectable. Noted that they're still using the physical hard key and not the keycard type. Hottel provided some amenities and complimentary bottled water in the room, sufficient for us . The Hotel is very into Going Green, there will be no housekeeping within first 3-days unless requested upon. This may likely be the model moving forward, to cut wastages. We had our breakfast at the nearby Pronto. The Kitaoka Shrine is just about 400 metres nearby, opposite direction of JR station so we recommend to drop by if time permits. A good stay experience. J
