Très belle hôtel au calme, propre, le personnel attentionné et chaleureux. Parking gratuit à proximité (mal éclairé la nuit) Chambre spacieuse et très propre nous avons été surclassé en chambre vue sur la mer très agréable avec terrasse couverte. Belle infrastructure un bâtiment neuf adjacent à l’hôtel très jolie chambre vue sur la mer. Piscine à débordement avec couché du soleil exceptionnel. Nous avions 3 lits jumeaux pour 2 adultes et deux enfants.(7et5ans) Je recommande vivement!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Beach Hotel Sunshine. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, schon vor Anreise wurden unsere Fragen beantwortet und Dinge für uns arrangiert. Wir hatten das günstigste Zimmer, es war dennoch groß und angenehm. Wenn man auf den Zimmerservice verzichtet, bekommt man Gutscheine für den Einkauf im Laden (wo es wirklich tolle Souvenirs gibt). Das absolute Highlight ist aber der Pool mit Aussicht aufs Meer! Wir haben ihn fast jeden Tag genutzt.

スタッフの方のサービスもよくて、ホテルも新館に泊まりましたが、オーシャンビューで綺麗なホテルに大満足です！ 又リピートしたいです^_^

Terrible service

One disappointment after another. It doesn't have access to the beach, you can't get into the sea, the hotel people tell you as soon as you arrive. The staff leaves a lot to be desired, on more than one occasion, they didn't even answer my son's greeting when he saw them, and he asked why they didn't answer. There are no restaurants for lunch, no cafeteria. They only serve drinks. The breakfast service is very precarious and with little variety. I wanted to ask for cutlery to cut fruit and they denied me saying they didn't have any. (but of course there are cutlery for breakfast, you don't eat with your hands, right?) I had to tell them this so they would go looking for a spoon reluctantly, if they gave me just a spoon. They don't make the room or straighten the sheets, nothing, they give you a 500 yen coupon to spend at the hotel that has nothing to spend it on. They don't even wash the glasses in the room, they leave them as is. Not to mention that they do not change the towels for the pool if you want you have to pay extra for them. The pool is low and in summer the water is hot. I do not recommend it at all if you can go to another do not hesitate. I stay in the new part of the building and it is quite noisy. The footsteps of the people above are heard. I think the only great thing about the hotel is the photographer who took the photos for the website, excellent job. I was really sorry to have stayed here for so many days, it was quite annoying.

Wonderful experience

I was only there for 3 days (January 2023, low season) - a random stay. I was overwhelmed by the friendliness and hospitality, especially from Akane (thank you very much) and her colleague. I felt like I was at home.
