Posto contraddittorio ma da prendere in considerazione

Va detto che appena arrivato l’impatto è stato non positivo. La struttura esterna non è granché così come la hall che sembra un po’ squallida, da tipico hotel familiare 3 stelle di un’isola non vip. La piscina non è male così come la spiaggia. Il ristorante al primo piano ricalca l’hotel ma devo dire che non si mangia male, il loro hamburger, pur pesante, era buono. La cena buffet quasi sorprendente, tante pietanze di qualità. Discreta la colazione. La spiaggia molto bella mentre il mare non ha colori particolari e perlato e a metà mattinata per via della bassa marea si ritira del tutto fino a metà pomeriggio. Vi è anche un banco dove organizzano escursioni e noleggiano sup, canoe e moto d’acqua anche se a caro prezzo a mio avviso. Va detto infine che, a due passi dalla struttura principale, vi è una sorta di mini villaggio con 18 ville stile balinesi indipendenti, molto grandi e ben fornite; nel terrazzino vi è anche una jacuzzi. Queste culle sono a mio parere da preferire alle stanze di hotel, anche quelle viste mare. Alla fine mi sono riposato e rilassato quindi non mi pento della scelta. Prezzi bassi per stare in Giappone.

B&B che offre la possibilità di pranzare e cenare. colazione a buffet molto varia: tanto salato, un pò meno di dolce. posizionato sulla spiaggia più bella di ishigaki. personale parla poco inglese ma gentilissimi e disponibili. stanza spaziosa e pulita

石垣島旅行の際、宿泊しました。川平湾方面なので、レンタカー等車が無いとアクセスは難しいと思います。2泊しましたが、通常のタイプの部屋とコテージタイプの部屋とそれぞれ1泊しました。同じホテルで全く違うスタイルの部屋を楽しむ事が出来ました。館内1階のバーもお酒のラインナップが充実していて、じっくりお酒を楽しめました。

Veraltet, miserabler Kundenservice

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb. Das Dorf sowie die Restaurants sind rund 2 km entfernt. Das Hotel ist etwas veraltet. Bar und Bistro waren bis 18:00 Uhr nicht geöffnet (sollte aber ab 12:00 Uhr offen sein). Die Sonnenliegen am Strand sind unbequem und haben keine Matratze. Für Strandtücher wird eine Gebühr verrechnet. Hauptgrund für die schlechte Bewertung ist die Unflexibilität. Wir haben ursprünglich zwei Nächte (nicht stornierbar) gebucht, aufgrund eines Flugausfalls konnten wir die erste Nacht nicht antreten. Wir haben keine Rückerstattung erwartet, haben aber dennoch danach gefragt. Leider nicht möglich. Wir haben uns dann nach einem kostenlosen Frühstück erkundigt, aber auch dies wurde abgelehnt. Bei einem Preis von 200 € pro Nacht/Zimmer empfinde ich dies als sehr unverschämt. Wir haben also eine Nacht umsonst bezahlt und keinerlei Entgegenkommen seitens Hotel gespürt. Fazit: Teures, veraltetes Hotel mit wenig Servicementalität

A perfect week in a beautiful location

We really enjoyed our week at Ishigaki Seaside! I chose the hotel because of the proximity to the manta diving sites in Kabira bay and because it is away from the city right on the beach. It is hard to describe how beautiful the private beach is - a BEAUTIFUL place and perfect for children as there are no waves at all, ever, it’s like a pond - and a netted swimming area. We chose a beach villa which I would highly recommend, we had lots of space and our own outdoor bath. We went on an excellent snorkelling adventure from the hotel beach led by Yuko - seeing sea snakes, rays, turtles and plenty of tropical fish. I was impressed by how safety conscious this trip was and how much focus was put on good technique. Our son is 5 and was the youngest on the boat and Yuko made sure he got to see everything first before the rest of the group. She was amazing. The hotel was popular with Japanese families but plenty of the staff were able to speak English and were very friendly and happy to help us. One night my son fell on the steps of the hotel and a staff member came straight out to make sure he was ok. We ate at the hotel’s BBQ night which was great fun, cooking our own meat. We loved the toasties at lunchtime especially. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby - the hotel rents bikes but very strongly recommend you HIRE A CAR to get around, buses are infrequent. We came in August - it was extremely hot but the air con worked perfectly. Thank you to all at Ishigaki Seaside.
