コンベンションセンターでのイベント参加のため、利用させてもらいました。 今回の沖縄旅行は、初めてレンタカーを借りませんでした。 空港からはリムジンバスが出ており、ホテル前までバスが来ます。 ホテルから徒歩数分のところに、24時間のスーパーやコンビニがあり、時間を気にする事なく必要なものを購入でき快適です。 浴槽も足を伸ばして入ることができ、疲れが取れました。 シャワーは切り替えができ、ミストが嬉しかったです。 オーシャンビューでベランダからの眺めも癒されました。 禁煙を徹底している為、タバコの臭いがない部屋で入った瞬間から気持ちよかったです。 従業員の方も、みなさん声を掛けてくださり過ごしやすかったです。 また利用したいです！

Not for American business travelers!!!

It is a beautiful resort hotel and would be a great place to stay if you are Japanese and not there on business! The remote controls for the TV, hot water and air conditioning/heating controls are all in Japanese. The hotel provides photos in the rooms showing how to use them but the photos are not pictures of the devices provided. The picture of the remote for the TV shows a button for “CNN ENGLISH”. The staff said they installed new tv’s and now there are NO English speaking channels. All of the premium services like YouTube, Hulu, Netflix,etc require a subscription and when logged into, EVERYTHING is still in Japanese. One person in our group took cold showers the 4 days we stayed there because he was not aware that the panel on the wall (in Japanese) was for setting the water temperature! The other 9 people in my group departed the hotel at 6 am to the airport. I asked if I could check out at noon instead of 11 am. The answer was “only if I pay over 5,000 Yen for that hour. It is a shame that such a really nice, beautiful resort does not accommodate the many Americans who visit Okinawa.

Absolutely loved our 5 night stay at Moon Ocean! We were there for a business trip and the location was convenient to the 2 locations we needed to attend. Our room was awesome - plenty of room and loved having a bath and balcony with views. We were on level 3 so view from balcony not as great as from higher up as trees got in the way, but still gorgeous. Air con in both lounge room and bedroom which both worked well. Housekeeping did an immaculate job of servicing the room every day, and each time they left 2 new bottles of water. One odd thing about the rooms - we had a microwave and a single hot plate, but there were no plates, pots, cutlery, utensils, dish washing detergent or tea towels in the room. We didn’t need them and I’m sure you could ring reception for them as they were very helpful, it just seemed odd. The pool & hot tub hours were quite restricted for summer which we found odd. We got the buffet breakfast included with our accommodation for convenience, but breakfast didn’t open until 7am so we found that tricky on days we had early starts. However the day of checkout when we had to leave before 7am to get to the airport we asked reception and they put together a takeaway lunch box for us that we collected at 6:30am on checkout which was amazing and so appreciated! We dined in the restaurant a couple of times for dinner and enjoyed lovely meals. However last orders are taken at 8pm so sometimes that was too early for us and we missed out. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking available if you have a rental car. There is a little supermarket just down and across the road open 24hrs (walking distance) which was very convenient. Another much bigger supermarket in the shopping centre by the main road (again walking distance), open late but not 24 hrs. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel, phenomenal staff and great location. Really can't fault the hotel at all. Free drinks (including alcohol) thrice a day, laundry is only 50 yen and the room was massive. Location was pretty decent, though be aware that if you're heading to Naha, public transport is (to all intents and purposes) non-existent. Taxi from the airport is cheaper than mainland Japan though, so make use of that! The restaurant and swimming pool are both decent, and if you want to try some good Okinawan food, check out the izakaya opposite the hotel (turn left out of the main entrance and it is on the ground floor in front of you)

客室はきれいで広い。あとはいろいろと残念なことが多かった。 ・浴室が狭い。シャワーが洗い場についているのだからそっちで洗うことを想定しているだろうにその洗い場がビジネスホテル並みに狭い。 ・浴室から海が見えるのはいいけれど、ロールカーテンをおろす紐が操作しにくい側についている。施工業者は何とも思わなかったのか。 ・シャワーヘッドは替えたほうがいい。細い水が勢いよくでるため痛い。水量を絞ると途端に身体を洗うのに不便な出方になる。おそらく極端な節水用シャワーヘッドなのだと思う。 ・洗面・脱衣スペースにトイレが設置してある。着替えるスペースとして狭い。服を置く場所もない。ビジネスホテルかここは。 ・洗面台に持参したアメニティ類を置く場所がほとんどない。長期滞在型ホテルを謳っているのに。 ・ベッドの枕元にUSBはおろかコンセントがない。 ・これはホテルの責任ではないが夜は暴走族がうるさい。 ・朝食のメニューが貧弱。ビジネスホテルでももう少しましなところいくらでもありますよ。 ・朝食会場の感染対策が緩い。バイキング形式なのに使い捨て手袋がない。席があいてるのだから他のお客さんとスペースを空けたテーブルに案内すればよさそうなものをなぜか詰めてくる。5類に格下げになるのを先取りしたのか。 これで料金がビジネスホテル並みなら理解できますが、人にはすすめられない。近隣にはもっとちゃんとしたリゾートホテルがあります。快適なホテル滞在とは小さいことの積み重ねで成り立っていたのだと気づかせてくれました。
