The room was cosy! After staying at a roomier hotel the night of arrival, the room at Mystays was on the smaller side. We came before the start of the Ice Festival and had stayed many years previously for a day either side of our private Hokkaido tour, but this occasion we found the room, noisy on a couple of nights, and cramped with no shelving in the cupboard for placing frequently used items to save living out of a suitcase. So in that aspect I did not find the room as enjoyable for an extended stay. I cannot remember the room being this echoey and noisy from customers of the hotel. In the corner of one of the twin beds it sounded like the next rooms conversations were being channelled into our room 612 from 613 I think. Noise of ice removing vehicles could be heard. The pluses are the hotel is very convenient in the snow season to get from Sapporo Station via the underground passages to the Hotel. We found it convenient to walk back into the station to catch trains, buses, subways to see various sights around Sapporo. Housekeeping was excellent. Perhaps next time we have to choose a bigger room if we stay more than a night.

Good Location, Tiny Room

It is a good location, near Sapporo Station. However, the room is too tiny for a couple, and the bathroom is prefabricated, giving the feeling of a small ship bathroom. It appears to cater to larger groups, including school and ski tours. The breakfast presentation and tastes lacked appeal.

【交通便利、地理位置不錯的飯店】

Hotel Mystays Sapporo Station 很近札幌北口。 而且剛好走幾步便到我們自駕遊租車的位置。就在同一條街，非常方便。步行到札幌北口也是5分鐘的距離。不僅交通便利，附近亦有便利店。 飯店大堂都算闊落，有梳化位給客人休息，在升降機旁也有椅子。 另外備有餐廳(居酒屋)，不過我們訂房沒有包早餐。 我們女生訂的是 高級雙人床房 (JPY 12681/晚) 平均每人每晚 HKD 330。男生訂的是兩張單人床房，所以在不同樓層。床一邊是貼牆，下床的話要在床尾。不過床頭就有充電位這點不錯。另外床是直接對著電視機，那邊也有插蘇位置。 如果要放東西的話都是放在電視機前。 行李則在床另一邊靠窗位置可以半打開兩個較大的。 櫃子內有水煲可以用來煲水，也有杯子和茶包之類。還找到 Mobile Device Cable、黑貓宅急便的速遞紙，亦有付費洗衣服的服務。 衣服可以掛在近玄關的位置，那邊掛外套都很方便，衣架數量都算多。洗手間和洗澡並沒有乾濕分離，畢竟空間不是很大嘛。 但都有浴缸可以浸浴。 Mystays Group 屬於集團式的飯店，之前在福岡也是住「Mystays」。單單在札幌都有數間可以訂房，大家可按自己的預算選擇。

Worst Hotel Experience

The worst hotel experience, worst hotel management!! We lived here 2 days, the house keeping clean move our bag from the sofa to floor. And the nightgown, they piled on the night table willy-nilly. You can do nothing, but leave them in the original place. We reported to the reception. Only justifying. They said will report to the HD and give feedback by email, but the important thing is they don’t have our email.

3泊しました。JR札幌駅から大通り沿いをまっすく歩くと着きます。慣れない雪道に悪戦苦闘しましたが、それさえも楽しい道中でした。ツインルームにエキストラベッドを入れてもらい３人で宿泊しました。それでもキャリバッグをを広げる余裕がありました。歯ブラシ以外のアメニティ類はロビーのアメニティーバーから持っていく感じです。DHCのスキンケア用品は助かりました。ほかにも綿棒や髭剃り、割りばしもあり、便利です。暖房がよく効いて、お部屋がすぐ暖まります。寒い出先から帰ると暖かいお部屋でゆっくり出来るので良かったです。ホテル内には電子レンジと洗濯機もあるので長期滞在にも向いています。
